ORDER

THIS MATTER having come before the Honorable Court on September 30, 2015, present for the Plaintiff, Jonathan J. Cagan, Esquire, and for the Defendant, Jennifer L. Heath, Esquire, and the Court being apprised of applicable case law, argument of counsel, as well as a review of the Court file hereby:

ORDERES and ADJUDICATES as follows:

1. Plaintiff’s Motion to Compel Deposition is GRANTED. Defendant shall provide its Corporate Representative for deposition pursuant to Fla. R. C. P. 1.310(b)(6), and said deposition shall be for all relevant topics related to this claim; such depositions shall be scheduled within the next fifteen (15) days to occur within the next sixty (60) days.

2. Plaintiff’s Motion for Protective Order for Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment is hereby GRANTED; to the extent that Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment shall not be heard until Plaintiff has completed the deposition of Defendant’s Corporate Representative.
