ORDER

THIS MATTER having come before this Honorable Court on Plaintiff’s Motion for Court to Take Compulsory Judicial Notice of the Defendant’s Amendatory Policy Endorsement 6910.3, Date Defendant Filed its Amendatory Policy Endorsement 6910.3 with the Office of Insurance Regulation, Date Defendant’s Amendatory Policy Endorsement 6910.3 was Approved by the Office of Insurance Regulation and Date that Defendant Requested Its Amendatory Policy Endorsement 6910.3 to be effective and this Honorable Court having heard arguments of counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby,

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:

1. Plaintiff’s Motion for Court to Take Compulsory Judicial Notice of the Defendant’s Amendatory Policy Endorsement 6910.3, Date Defendant Filed its Amendatory Policy Endorsement 6910.3 with the Office of Insurance Regulation, Date Defendant’s Amendatory Policy Endorsement 6910.3 was Approved by the Office of Insurance Regulation and Date that Defendant requested its Amendatory Policy Endorsement 6910.3 to be effective is hereby GRANTED.

2. Pursuant to Fla. Stat. §§90.202, 90.203, 90.955, the Court hereby takes compulsory judicial notice of the Defendant’s Amendatory Policy Endorsement 6910.3.

3. Pursuant to Fla. Stat. §§90.202, 90.203, 90.955, the Court hereby takes compulsory judicial notice of the date that Defendant filed its Amendatory Policy Endorsement 6910.3 with the Office of Insurance Regulation. Defendant filed its Amendatory Policy Endorsement 6910.3 with the Office of Insurance Regulation on March 9, 2004.

4. Pursuant to Fla. Stat. §§90.202, 90.203, 90.955, the Court hereby takes compulsory judicial notice of the date that the Office of Insurance Regulation approved Defendant’s Amendatory Policy Endorsement 6910.3. The Office of Insurance Regulation approved Defendant’s Amended Policy Endorsement 6910.3 on April 22, 2004.

5. Pursuant to Fla. Stat. §§90.202, 90.203, 90.955, the Court hereby takes compulsory judicial notice of the date that Defendant requested its Amendatory Policy Endorsement 6910.3 to be effective. Defendant requested its Amendatory Policy Endorsement 6910.3 to be effective on August 1, 2004.
