ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FORPRODUCTION OF DEFENDANT’S ADJUSTER NOTESCREATED PRIOR TO ANTICIPATION OF LITIGATION

THIS MATTER having come before this Honorable Court on January 25, 2013 on Plaintiff’s Motion to Compel Production Of all Computer Generated or Maintained Adjuster Notes/Documentation generated prior to receipt of the Notice of Intent to Initiate Litigation on May 25, 2012, with all attorney-client privileged communications redacted and this Honorable Court having heard arguments of counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby,

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:

1. Plaintiff’s Motion to Compel production of all computer generated or maintained adjuster notes/documentation generated prior to receipt of the Notice of Intent to Initiate Litigation on May 25, 2012, with all attorney-client privileged communications redacted is hereby GRANTED.

2. Defendant shall provide to Plaintiff all computer generated or maintained adjuster notes/documentation generated prior to receipt of the Notice of Intent to Initiate Litigation on May 25, 2012, with all attorney-client privileged communications redacted, within twenty (20) days from the date of this Order.
