THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on Defendant’s Request for Judicial Notice of Previously filed Lawsuit involving the same claimant, date of loss, provider, and the Court having heard the argument of counsel, and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is hereby,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said Motion is hereby GRANTED. Under Florida Evidence Code §90.202(6) and §90.203 the pleadings and court records for Case #15-007509-CC-05 are records of a court of this state and therefore judicial notice is proper.
