ORDER ON DEFENDANT’S AMENDED MOTIONFOR MORE DEFINITE STATEMENT

THIS CAUSE having come before the Court and having heard arguments of counsel, at a hearing on July 21, 2016, and otherwise fully advised in the premise and the law, it is ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:

Defendant’s Amended Motion is GRANTED.

Plaintiff is ORDERED to file a Second Amended Complaint, or in the alternative a Statement of Particulars, specifying the exact date or dates of service within the applicable time frame of 8/12/15 through 11/4/15 that it contends are at-issue and the specific CPT codes it contends are at-issue.

Plaintiff is further ORDERED to provide its Second Amended Complaint, or in the alternative a Statement of Particulars within thirty (30) days of the date on this Order.
