ORDER ON PLAINTIFFS MOTION TO COMPELDEPOSITION DATES OF DEFENDANT’S PRE-LITIGATIONADJUSTER AND FOR ATTORNEY’S FEES AND COSTS
THIS CAUSE, having come before the court on May 10, 2017, upon Plaintiff s Motion to Compel Deposition Dates of Defendants Litigation Adjuster and for Attorney Fees and Costs, and the Court having heard argument of counsel for each party, having reviewed the Court file, and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is hereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
Defendant was contacted in writing requesting deposition dates for the Defendant’s Pre-Litigation Adjuster. The Defendant failed to respond to respond to Plaintiff’s request for deposition dates and thus filed its Motion to Compel Deposition Dates of the Pre-Litigation Adjuster. Soon thereafter, the Defendant advised that the Pre-Litigation Adjuster is no longer employed at State Farm and instead offered the Litigation Adjuster. The Plaintiff advised that it wishes to depose the Pre-Litigation Adjuster and requested the name and last known address of said individual. This Court orders that the Defendant provide the name, and if available, the last known address of the Pre-Litigation Adjuster within thirty (30) days of this Order.
