ORDER

THIS MATTER having come before the court on November 5, 2018 on Plaintiff’s Motion for Leave to Amend Complaint, Defendant’s Motion for Leave to Amend Affirmative Defenses and Plaintiff’s Motion for Protective Order The court having considered the arguments presented by the parties, applicable law, and being otherwise fully advised, finds,

1. Based upon the Stipulation of the parties, Plaintiff’s Motion for Leave to Amend Complaint and Defendant’s Motion for Leave to Amend Affirmative Defenses are HEREBY GRANTED.

2. Plaintiff’s Amended Complaint and Defendant’s Amended Affirmative Defenses shall be deemed filed on November 5, 2018.

3. Defendant shall have twenty (20) days from November 5, 2018 in which to file a response to said Amended Complaint.

4. Plaintiff’s Motion for Protective Order sought protection from Plaintiff’s Corporate Representative having to submit to a deposition based upon the limited issues of Plaintiff’s declaratory action.

5. The deposition of Plaintiff’s Corporate Representative shall be limited to the sole accreditation/eligibility issue of Plaintiff’s declaratory action as it relates to Defendant’s affirmative defense. The deposition is limited to thirty (30) minutes and Plaintiff’s Corporate Representative shall be allowed to appear telephonically.
