ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF’S SECOND MOTIONTO COMPEL AND MOTION FOR SANCTIONS

THIS CAUSE having come before the Court upon the Plaintiff’s Second Motion to Compel the deposition of the Defendant’s adjuster(s) and or corporate representative. After reviewing the Motion, and all relevant filings, and pursuant to AO 2015-056, it is hereby;

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff’s Second Motion to Compel and Motion for Sanctions is GRANTED.

1. The Defendant will provide dates for the deposition of their adjuster(s) and corporate representative to the Plaintiff within three (3) days of the date of this Order. The deposition is also ordered to take place within 20 days of the date of this Order.

2. The Defendant, Universal P. & C. Ins. Co. is commanded to remit payment to the Plaintiff for the reasonable attorney’s fees and costs associated with researching, drafting, and submitting this motion as a sanction for the Defendant’s behavior in failing to obey a Court Order dated November 15, 2017 [published below] pursuant to Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.380(b)(2), and any additional relief deemed just and proper by this Court
