ORDER ON DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO DISMISS ORTRANSFER VENUE BASED ON FORUM SELECTION CLAUSE
This cause came on to be heard before the Court, upon Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss or Transfer Venue based on Forum Selection Clause, and after considering the motions, having heard argument of counsel, and being otherwise fully advised, it is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss or Transfer Venue is GRANTED in part. The Court grants Defendant’s Motion to Transfer the present action to Pasco County. The decision is based on the Forum Selection. The costs of transferring the case shall be paid by the Defendant, and the matter shall be transferred to Pasco County, Florida within twenty (20) days of entry of this order. Defendant shall respond to Plaintiff’s Complaint within twenty (20) days after this case has been transferred to Pasco County, Florida.
