This cause having come before this Honorable Court on Defendant’s Motion to Convene Case Management Conference and Motion for Protective Order as to the Depositions, and the Court noted agreement of counsel, and the Court being otherwise being fully advised in the premises, it is herein:

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. Defendant’s Motion for Protective Order as to the Deposition of Defendant’s Representative is hereby GRANTED as only legal issues remain before the Court regarding whether Defendant “properly” paid certain claims as to the policy benefits.

2. Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment to be coordinated for hearing within 30 days to occur within 120 days.
