THIS CAUSE came upon Defendant LIBERTY MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY’S Motion for a More Definite Statement and Motion to Dismiss For Failure to State a Cause of Action and the Court having heard argument of counsel and being duly advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That Plaintiff has served a letter which constitutes a more definite statement containing the amount and date of services in dispute.
2. That Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss Count II for Failure to State a Cause of Action is hereby DENIED.
3. Defendant shall serve its answer within 10 days of the date of this Order.
