FINAL JUDGMENT FOR ATTORNEY’S FEES AND COSTS
This cause having come before the Court on May 5, 1999 upon Defendant’s Motion for Attorney’s Fees and Costs, and the Court having heard argument of counsel, having taken testimony of witnesses, having reviewed the Affidavits filed herein and being otherwise fully advised in the issues, hereby finds as follows:
1. That based upon its Offer of Judgment, Defendant is entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees and costs in the defense of this matter.
2. That the Court finds that the reasonable number of hours expended by counsel for Defendant in the defense of this claim is 107.5 hours.
3. That the Court finds that the reasonable number of paralegal hours expended on behalf of the Defendant in this matter is 15 hours.
4. That the Court hereby finds that the Defendant’s billable rate of $125.00 per hour is a reasonable sum for attorney time and that Defendant’s hourly rate of $50.00 per hour for paralegal time is a reasonable sum for the work performed on behalf of Defendant in this cause.
5. That the Court finds the costs set forth in the Defendant’s Affidavit were reasonable in the defense of this claim and are awarded pursuant to Defendant’s Offer of Judgment. The reasonable amount of said costs is $8,299.57.
Whereupon it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that a Final Judgment be entered in favor of Defendant and against Plaintiff in the amount of $13,437.50 for attorney’s fees, $750.00 for paralegal fees and $8,299.57 for costs, making the total amount of this Final Judgment $22,487.97, which sum shall accrue interest at the rate of 10% per annum, for which execution shall issue.
