THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on November 8, 2000, on Plaintiff’s Motion for Partial Summary Judgment, both parties appearing through counsel and the Court having heard argument of counsels, it is hereby:
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Plaintiff’s Motion for Partial Summary Judgment is GRANTED in as much as Defendant failed to pay statutory interest on overdue payments to Schramek, LMT, for treatment rendered on dates of service June 15, 1998 through July 15, 1998.
