This came upon to be heard on August 23, 2000 on Plaintiff’s Motion to Compel Better Responses to Discovery, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
1. As to Plaintiff’s first Request for Production numbers 10 and 12, the Defendant will produce these items if they are in its possession.
2. With regard to Plaintiff’s Request for Production number 13, the request is withdrawn.
3. As to Interrogatory number 9, the Plaintiff’s Motion to Compel Better Responses to Discovery is GRANTED.
4. As to Interrogatory number 10, State Farm shall produce the name of the vendor utilized to select the independent medical examiner in this case, if any.
5. As to Interrogatory number 11, State Farm shall generally describe the material supplied to the independent medical examiner and provide the amount of money paid to the independent medical examiner in this case.
6. The Plaintiff has withdrawn Interrogatory number 19a, 19c and 22c.
7. As to Interrogatories 5, 7, 8, 14, 15, 17, 18 and 19b, the Plaintiff’s Motion to Compel is DENIED.
