ORDER ON PLAINTIFF’S MOTION TO EXTENDDISCOVERY TO TRIAL AND PLAINTIFF’S MOTIONTO DETERMINE EXPERT WITNESS FEE

THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on July 2, 2001, on Plaintiff’s Motion to Extend Discovery to Trial and Plaintiff’s Motion to Determine Expert Witness Fee, both parties appearing through counsel and the Court having heard argument of counsels, it is hereby:

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that

1. Plaintiff’s Motion to Extend Discovery to trial is GRANTED;

2. Plaintiff’s Motion to Determine Expert Witness Fee is GRANTED; the Court determines that $300.00 per hour is a reasonable fee for Howard Hochman, D.C. for his deposition testimony as the Court has found $300.00 to be reasonable for Doctors of Chiropractic, $400.00 to be reasonable for Medical Doctors and $500.00 to be reasonable for Board Certified Medical Doctors.
