This matter coming on to be heard on May 31, 2001, upon the Plaintiff’s Motion to Enlarge Time to Respond to Defendant’s Proposal for Settlement, and the Court having heard argument of counsel, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:

1. Granted. The Plaintiff will have 20 days from the time the plaintiff can depose the person with most knowledge from the defendant’s office and after the defendant produces the claim file.
