ORDER ON PLAINTIFF’S MOTIONS TO SETREASONABLE FEE
THIS CAUSE was heard before the Court for telephonic hearing on March 12, 2001, on Motions to Set Reasonable Fee, the Court has considered the testimony submitted in evidence by counsel for the Plaintiff and Defendant. Based on the foregoing, it is hereby ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. This Court orders that the hourly rate be paid to Howard A. Hochman, D.C. by the Plaintiff for the doctor’s expert deposition testimony is $250.00 per hour.
2. This Court orders that Dr. Hochman’s expert witness fee will be paid in advance of his scheduled deposition.
