ORDER DENYING DEFENDANT’S MOTION FORREHEARING AND DENYING MOTION BY CARLOS A. PLANA

THIS CAUSE came before the Court on Defendant’s Motion for Rehearing and Consideration of Order Granting Plaintiff’s Motion to Strike Pleadings and Motion by Carlos A. Plana To Vacate, Set Aside or Modify Court Order dated July 31, 2002.
Upon re-review of the Court file, including, but not limited to, review of said Motions, the Court’s re-review of Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment and attached Affidavit of Carlos Plana, Litigation Adjuster for United Automobile Insurance Company, the Court’s re-review of Plaintiff’s Response in Opposition to Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment and Plaintiff’s Motion to Strike Pleadings for Fraud Upon the Court and the Court’s Order Granting Plaintiff’s Motion to Strike Pleadings For Fraud Upon the Court, the Court hereby DENIES the Defendant, United Automobile Insurance Company’s said Motion for Rehearing and hereby DENIES said Motion by Carlos A. Plana.
