ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Richard Bailyn, M.D.’s Motion For Protective Order As To His Deposition or To Resolve Issue Of Payment For Deposition is hereby granted pursuant to Florida Rules of Civil Procedure 1.390. Dr. Richard Bailyn is an expert witness and is entitled to be paid as an expert witness for his deposition.
