FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS ACTION was tried before the Court and jury on August 14, 2002 and August 15, 2002. Pursuant to the verdict rendered in this action, the jury awarded the Plaintiff, JODY LEVINSON, the sum of $3,324.00.
THEREFORE IT IS ADJUDGED that Plaintiff, JODY LEVINSON, recover from Defendant, STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY, the sum of $2,659.00, for which let execution issue. The amounts awarded in favor of the Plaintiff, JODY LEVINSON, and against Defendant shall bear interest at the legal rate from the date of this Judgment, for which let execution issue.
The Court reserves jurisdiction to award pre-judgment interest to the Plaintiff.
The Court reserves jurisdiction for the purpose of awarding attorney fees and costs in favor of the Plaintiff, JODY LEVINSON, upon the filing of an appropriate motion.
