(PER CURIAM.) Under de novo review, the Court finds that NuWave Diagnostic & Testing, Inc. lacked standing to challenge the reductions to the bills submitted by Spirelli Health Care of Palm Beach. The Appellant’s Motion for Attorneys’ Fees and Costs is DENIED.
