ORDER ON PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FORPROTECTIVE ORDER

THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on Plaintiff’s Motion for Protective Order, on February 5, 2002, both parties appearing through counsel and the Court having heard argument of counsel, it is hereby:

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Court adopts Judge Myer’s reasoning in Medical Evaluation Centers, Inc. v. Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, County Court, 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County Florida, Case No.: 2000-13485 CC J, January 19, 2001, and finds Kevin Woods, D.C. is an non-party expert witness in this matter and, therefor, Plaintiff’s Motion is GRANTED and Kevin Woods, D.C. is due an expert witness fee for his time spent in deposition in this matter. Further, the court determines that $300.00 per/hour is a reasonable expert witness fee for Kevin Woods, D.C. Defendant shall provide payment to Kevin Woods, D.C. within ten (10) days of his deposition for his time spent in deposition.
