Two people were injured in a crash involving a van and an ECUA sanitation truck Tuesday afternoon in Cantonment.
The accident occurred around 1 p.m. on South Highway 97 near Sawyers Ridge Road.
A van operated by a mobile pet grooming business overturned after colliding with an Emerald Coast Utilities Authority truck.
The van came to rest on its side on Highway 97, while the ECUA driver moved the truck to Sawyers Ridge Road.
Escambia County EMS transported two people from the van, a woman and a juvenile, to an area hospital.
Their injuries were not considered severe.
The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating the incident and has not yet released the cause of the crash.
