One person was found dead after a mobile home caught on fire in Columbia County on Monday morning.
Firefighters say a fire was reported at a mobile home in the Five Points area around 6:30 a.m. with people possibly inside. Both Lake City Fire Department and Columbia County Fire Rescue responded to the scene.
When crews arrived, the home was burning heavily. Firefighters entered the home and extinguished the blaze.
One person was found dead.
