 One person was flown to the hospital for treatment following a house fire in Escambia County Monday afternoon.

It broke out around 2:30 p.m. at a home in the 1400-block of Glenmore Drive off East Kingsfield Road.

The cause of the fire is not known at this time.

The person hospitalized suffered burns, according to the county.

The fire also extended onto a camper.

The State Bureau of Fire and Arson has been called to investigate.
