One person was sent to the hospital Wednesday morning after an apartment fire, according to Orange County Fire Rescue.

Officials said the fire was reported on the second floor of the apartment located on Napiers Circle.

According to OCFR, one patient was transported to Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children, although the age of the person was not provided.

Officials said that the Red Cross was requested for three adults, one child, and two dogs, but no other information was released.

The State Fire Marshal has been notified.
