One person was taken to the hospital early Friday after being shot at a Merritt Island apartment, according to the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded around 12:30 a.m. to the Tropical Manor Apartments, where they found one person shot.
The injured person was taken to the hospital. The extent of their injuries is unknown.
