MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. — One person has been taken into custody following a stabbing Thursday afternoon at a bus stop in northwest Miami-Dade, authorities confirmed.
According to the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office, the stabbing was reported at 12:37 p.m. at the bus stop located at 1176 NW 79th St.
Deputies responded to the scene and found a man suffering from stab wounds.
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue responded and transported the victim to Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center in critical condition.
The suspect was taken into custody a short time later.
