A 19-year-old has died following a motorcycle crash in Gainesville around midnight.
Gainesville police officers reported that a vehicle was making a turn from Northwest 62nd Street onto West Newberry Road just before midnight.
The 19-year-old was riding their motorcycle eastbound on West Newberry Road when they ran a red light and collided with the vehicle.
The impact caused them to be ejected from the motorcycle, and they were pronounced dead at the scene.
