19-year-old man dead, two injured in Middleburg after motorcycle collides with truck.

A 15-year-old passenger on the motorcycle also sustained critical injuries in the crash at Peppergrass Road and Cosmos Avenue.

 A 19-year-old Orange Park man on a motorcycle is dead after a collision with a pickup truck in Middleburg Wednesday night, according to a Florida Highway Patrol crash report.

The report said a motorcycle with the man and a 15-year-old girl was traveling north on Cosmos Avenue and at 7:18 p.m. collided with a truck traveling west on Peppergrass Road. The driver of the motorcycle was pronounced deceased on scene, the report said, and the other passenger was transported to Wolfson’s Children’s Hospital with critical injuries. 

The driver of the pickup truck, a 37-year-old Middleburg woman, sustained minor injuries and was taken to HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital.
