2 BSO deputies, 2 civilians hospitalized after crash in Tamarac

Two Broward Sheriff’s deputies and two other people were hospitalized after a crash involving both deputies’ vehicles in Tamarac early Sunday, officials said.

The crash happened around 4:15 a.m. in the area of West McNab Road and North University Drive.

BSO officials said it appeared a civilian vehicle struck a BSO vehicle, which then struck another BSO vehcile while stationary at a stop light.

The two deputies and two civilians were hospitalized with minor injuries.

The cause of the crash was under investigation.
