An overturned tractor-trailer on I-95 in Palm Beach County is disrupting traffic heading into rush hour, while a wreck near Jupiter is beginning to cause delays.
Around 6 a.m., authorities reported the semi crash in the southbound lanes, near the County Road 798/Palmetto Park Road interchange, at exit 44 interchange. The Florida 511 map indicates the right three lanes blocked as well as the on-ramp.
At least one person was hurt in the crash, the Florida Highway Patrol confirmed.
Meanwhile, outside of Jupiter, two lanes of I-95 South were blocked at the State Road 706/Indiantown Road East, near the exit 87A interchange, has blocked two lanes, 511 reports. The agency said the wreck happened around 5:30 a.m. and authorities were able to clear the scene about an hour later., Florida511 indicated.
In both cases, traffic cameras provided by Florida 511 show backups starting to form as people begin heading into work.
Few details about the wrecks have been released at this time.
