A double-fatal crash is under investigation early Tuesday in an Oviedo neighborhood, police said.
The single-vehicle wreck happened on Alafaya Woods Boulevard near Covington Street in the Alafaya Woods subdivision.
News 6 community correspondent Stephanie Rodriguez said a Jeep slammed into a tree and became engulfed in flames, but no other details about the crash have been released by Oviedo police.
The cause of the crash and the names of the victims are not known, police said.
Alafaya Woods Boulevard is closed in the area.
