2 found dead after trailer fire in Orange County

Two people were found dead inside of a double-wide trailer that caught fire Thursday in Orange County, according to the fire department.

Crews responded around 12:56 p.m. to the 800 block of Indigo Avenue, where Orange County Fire Rescue said a 911 caller had reported heavy fire coming from the trailer.

Firefighters were able to get a good, quick knockdown on the fire, but two deceased victims were soon found inside of the structure, the fire department said in a statement. Both victims were adults, a release shows.

The State Fire Marshal has been notified and will investigate how the fire started, the statement reads.

The Orange County Sheriff’s Office also responded to the scene, according to the fire department.
