Two people were found shot Wednesday night along Interstate 4 in Volusia County, deputies said.
The shooting was reported at 8:47 p.m. along I-4 east near Saxon Boulevard in Deltona.
Two people were treated for injuries, but both were conscious and alert, according to the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office.
No additional details, including information about the suspected shooter or what led to the shooting, have been provided.
Eastbound lanes of I-4 were shut down while an investigation unfolded, but the interstate was reopened a couple of hours later.
