Two people were hospitalized after a car slammed into a United States Postal Service office in Pinecrest.

The incident took place near South Dixie Highway and Killian Drive on Wednesday.

Police said that the driver’s foot slipped from the brake and onto the gas, causing the car to hit the building.

Two people sitting on a bench were hit, with one person and the driver taken to the hospital.

Both are expected to be OK.
