Holding Property Owners Accountable for Negligent Security
Many shootings happen in places where better security could have prevented them—apartment complexes, nightclubs, parking lots, or shopping centers. Property owners have a legal duty to provide a safe environment. If they fail to do so, they can be held liable for negligent security. Ovadia Law Group has extensive experience handling these complex cases. We investigate whether security cameras were working, if guards were present, and whether previous incidents were ignored. Our goal is to hold negligent parties accountable and secure compensation for your injuries, trauma, and losses. Don’t let negligence go unchallenged. Call 1-800-674-9396 for a free consultation and let Ovadia Law Group help you pursue justice after a shooting caused by poor security.
