2 injured in chain-reaction crash on Boggy Creek Road in Orange County

Two people were injured in a chain-reaction crash Sunday evening involving six vehicles on Boggy Creek Road in Orange County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

The crash happened near Highclere Street.

According to troopers, a 2019 GMC Sierra was heading south on Boggy Creek Road and hit the back of a 2021 Toyota Tacoma, causing a chain-reaction crash involving four other vehicles ahead of the Toyota.

Two people were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

No other information was released.

An investigation is ongoing.
