Two men were found shot, one fatally, inside a vehicle late Monday in Daytona Beach, police said.
The shooting was reported around 10:20 p.m.
Daytona Beach police said officers were called to Keech Street at Oak Street and found two men shot inside a vehicle.
One man was pronounced dead at the scene, and the other was taken to Halifax Medical Center and underwent emergency surgery, police said. No other details about the victims have been released.
According to police, a crime scene was located one block east at the intersection of Adams and Oak, where several shell casings were discovered, police said.
Authorities said there is no information about the suspected shooter at this time.
