Hollywood police say two shootings occurred early Friday morning near the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, with one person wounded.
Shortly before 2 a.m., officers responded to multiple 911 calls reporting a shooting outside GhostBar, located 5450 South State Road 7.
Upon arrival, police said they found one victim who had been shot. The person was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital and is in stable condition.
While officers were still on scene at GhostBar, a second shooting was reported near the 5100 block of South State Road 7. No injuries were reported in the second incident. Police say it appears both shootings are related.
No additional details, including information about possible suspects or what led to the shootings, were immediately released. The investigation is ongoing.
