The Clearwater Fire and Rescue is investigating a house fire that occurred around 4:30 this morning.
CFR was dispatched to a family residence with smoke and flames, once crews arrived flames were getting close to the neighboring homes so a second alarm was called to prevent the spread of the fire, according to CFR.
The fire was extinguished before it could spread to the neighboring homes.
Two people inside the home were treated and taken to the hospital for further evaluation.
