22-year-old Cantonment man sustains serious injuries after hit by SUV near Andrea Lane

A 22-year-old Cantonment man has serious injuries after being hit by a vehicle in Escambia County late Thursday afternoon.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the crash occurred near Andrea Lane on S Highway 97 at approximately 4:22 p.m.

The man was heading north in the south travel lane when an SUV struck them head-on.
