Several crashes blocked lanes and snarled traffic on Interstate 95 southbound in Miami-Dade on Monday morning.
The Florida Highway Patrol said troopers responded to three vehicle crashes with injuries on I-95 at the following locations:
- South of Northwest 62nd Street
- At State Road 112
- South of State Road 836
It was not immediately clear who was hurt, or what may have caused the collisions.
Aerial video of the backup showed a motorcycle lying on its side in one of the crashes.
Drivers are advised to take Florida’s Turnpike or U.S. 441 as alternate routes.
