Two adults and a child were hospitalized following a shooting Friday in Fort Lauderdale, police said.

Fort Lauderdale Police and Fire Rescue responded to a shooting call at around 8:40 p.m. in the 900 block of Northwest 7th Avenue, where they found the victims with injuries.

They were transported to Broward Health Medical Center.

The shooting is under investigation.
