Three men were taken to the hospital after being shot in Orange County on Sunday evening, according to a news release.
Deputies said the shooting happened at the intersection of East 13th Street and Clarcona Road in the Apopka area around 7:40 p.m.
According to the release, responding deputies were told that the men – a 20-year-old, a 28-year-old, and a 44-year-old – had been shot.
Deputies said that all three men were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
According to the release, “all parties involved declined to cooperate with investigators.”
No other information was released.
The investigation is active and ongoing, deputies said.
