3rd suspect charged in fatal Citrus County shooting, deputies say

A third person has been arrested in connection to a shooting in Homosassa, the Citrus County Sheriff’s Office announced.

J K K, 28, was arrested by deputies for murder while engaged in home invasion robbery, home invasion with a firearm or another deadly weapon, and kidnapping with the intent to commit or commission any felony.

On Thursday, Dec. 19, deputies received a call to South Scarlet Oak Terrace in reference to a man being shot, according to CCSO.

The caller provided additional information on the suspect and the suspect vehicle as first responders were dispatched to the location.

Deputies arrived on the scene and quickly determined that multiple suspects were involved in the incident, according to CCSO.

The victim, A M K, 44, was shot during the incident and later died of his injuries at the hospital.

Shawn M H, 34, and A D G, 34, were arrested for their involvement in the shooting.
