4 injured in car crash on McGregor Blvd.

The Lee County Sheriff’s office is investigating a crash that occurred Thursday night in Fort Myers.

The crash happened on McGregor Boulevard and North Town and River Drive shortly before 9:00 p.m.

According to authorities, four people have been injured.

Of the four, two were trauma-alerted.

All southbound lanes on McGregor Blvd. have been shut down as crews arrive on the scene.
