48-year-old Pensacola motorcyclist killed in Santa Rosa County crash

Florida Highway Patrol says a48-year-old Pensacola man is dead after his Harley Davison collided with a teen driver in Pace on Monday night.

The crash happened around 6:26 p.m., according to FHP.

The 16-year-old was driving a Chevy Malibu heading east towards Berryhill Road approaching Gardenview Road when he turned left into the path of the motorcyclist, according to FHP.The motorcyclist was pronounced dead on the scene.

The teen has no injuries.

The accident temporarily caused road blocks on Berryhill and Gardenview.
