A 55-year-old Milton man is dead after a crash in Santa Rosa County on Tuesday morning.
Troopers say the crash occurred on SR-87 N on Coldwater Church Road at approximately 5:53 a.m. when a gold Mazda pickup, driven by the Milton resident, crossed the center lanes and collided with a white Dodge pickup, driven by a 51-year-old Navarre man, traveling northbound.
The driver of the Dodge sustained serious injuries and was transported to a local hospital in Pensacola, according to FHP.
The investigation is ongoing.
