62-year-old man killed in head-on collision in Baldwin County

A 62-year-old Robertsdale man is dead after a two-vehicle crash in Baldwin County on Sunday morning.

ALEA says the accident occurred at approximately 9:14 a.m. on Sunday when the Robertsdale man’s motorcycle collided head-on with a pickup truck driven by a 67-year-old Cantonment man.

The crash took place on U.S. 90 near the 68-mile marker, about six miles east of Robertsdale in Baldwin County, according to ALEA.

Troopers say the Robertsdale man was thrown from his motorcycle and pronounced dead at the scene.

The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s Highway Patrol Division is investigating the incident, and no further details are available at this time.
